# 在俄罗斯怎么给 DeepSeek API 付款

> 为什么用俄罗斯银行卡充不了 DeepSeek API 的余额，不用外国银行卡怎么付款：用 SBP 拿卢布买 USDT，注册后马上拿到密钥，模型是 1017 版的 deepseek-flash。

**先说结论：** DeepSeek 的网站和聊天在俄罗斯能打开，但 API 是先充值后使用的，而在俄罗斯几乎没法给 platform.deepseek.com 充值：DeepSeek 收 PayPal、银行卡、支付宝和微信支付，PayPal 在俄罗斯用不了，俄罗斯银行的卡一般也付不过去。最简单的办法是给 RuAPI 充 USDT（可以用 SBP 拿卢布买），然后调用同样的 DeepSeek 模型。RuAPI 上 DeepSeek 模型的主渠道就是 DeepSeek 官方 API。

## 怎么通过 RuAPI 给 DeepSeek API 付款

**1. 注册**

在 [www.ruapi.ai](https://www.ruapi.ai/?lng=zh-CN\&utm_source=docs\&utm_campaign=zh-pay-deepseek-api-russia) 注册，邮箱、Google 或 Yandex 都行。新用户我们一般会马上送 \$0.05，充值前就能试用 deepseek-flash。

**2. 还没有 USDT 就先买**

USDT 可以用 SBP 拿卢布买，比如在 [t.me/CryptoBot](https://t.me/CryptoBot) 的 P2P 市场。分步教程：[怎么用卢布买 USDT](/zh/buy-usdt.md)。

**3. 充值**

在控制台打开「**钱包管理**」，选 USDT 和网络：BEP20、TRC20 或 Polygon。最低 5 USDT。网络确认转账后，钱自动到账。

**4. 创建密钥**

控制台 →「**令牌管理**」→「**添加令牌**」，拿到一串 `sk-...`。

**5. 接入**

普通的 OpenAI SDK 就行：`base_url` 填 `https://www.ruapi.ai/v1`，模型填 `deepseek-flash`。

## 常见问题

> **能用俄罗斯银行卡给 DeepSeek API 充值吗？**
>
> 在 platform.deepseek.com 上一般不行。走 RuAPI 的话，俄罗斯银行卡还是用得上：用它通过 SBP 买 USDT，再给 RuAPI 充值，不需要外国银行卡。RuAPI 也收外国银行的卡（Visa / Mastercard）。

> **钱多久到账？**
>
> 网络确认转账后自动到账，一般几分钟。钱没到的话，在 [Telegram 联系客服](https://t.me/RuAPI_Support)或写信到 [support@ruapi.ai](mailto:support@ruapi.ai)，附上这笔转账的 TXID。详见[充值指南](/zh/topup.md)。

> **是真的 DeepSeek 吗？**
>
> DeepSeek 模型的主渠道是 DeepSeek 官方 API，上面的 deepseek-flash 就是 DeepSeek 10 月 17 日发布的 1017 版。主渠道没响应时，请求会自动转到备用渠道。

> **能把 DeepSeek 接到 Cline 或 Claude Code 里吗？**
>
