Last updated: 16 June 2026 This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for top-ups to your RuAPI account.

How to request a refund

  • Within 7 days of purchase: if you have not used any of the purchased credit, you may request a full refund via [email protected].
  • Partially used credit: if you used part of the purchased credit within 7 days, we will refund the remaining unused portion.
  • After 7 days: purchases older than 7 days are non-refundable, whether or not the credit has been used.
  • Service outage: if a major service interruption caused by us makes the service unavailable to you for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
Refunds are issued in USDT within 5 to 10 business days to a wallet address you provide (on a supported network — TRC20 / BEP20 / Polygon). The network fee is deducted from the refunded amount. Double-check the address and network — on-chain transfers are irreversible. We reserve the right to decline refund requests we reasonably consider fraudulent or abusive.

Failed top-ups (technical issues)

If you sent USDT but the corresponding amount was not credited to your RuAPI balance after blockchain confirmation, contact [email protected] with:
  • The transaction TXID (transaction hash).
  • The blockchain network used (TRC20 / BEP20 / Polygon).
  • The wallet address you sent from.
  • The approximate time of transfer.
We will investigate and credit your balance manually if the funds reached our address but were not automatically attributed. Resolution typically takes 1-3 business days.

Wrong network

If you sent USDT through a network other than the one selected on the payment page (for example, sent ERC20 USDT to our TRC20 address), the funds are technically unrecoverable. We cannot refund or credit funds that did not arrive on the network we expected. Always verify the network in two places before confirming any transaction:
  1. The network you selected on RuAPI’s payment page.
  2. The network you select in your wallet or exchange.

Account balance does not expire

Unused balance remains on your account indefinitely, as long as your account is active. There are no inactivity fees.

Disputes

Any dispute regarding payments is governed by our Terms of Service and the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
