All cryptocurrency payments are final
Top-ups to RuAPI are made in USDT (Tether) through public blockchain networks. Once a top-up is confirmed on-chain and credited to your RuAPI balance, the transaction is non-refundable. This applies regardless of:- Change of mind after top-up.
- Decision to stop using the Service.
- Account closure or suspension.
- Time elapsed since the top-up.
- Amount of unused balance remaining.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. Once on-chain confirmation occurs, neither RuAPI nor you can reverse the transaction.
- We are a usage-based service, not a savings account. Your balance is prepayment for service consumption, not stored value held on your behalf.
Failed top-ups (technical issues)
If you sent USDT but the corresponding amount was not credited to your RuAPI balance after blockchain confirmation, contact support@ruapi.ai with:- The transaction TXID (transaction hash).
- The blockchain network used (TRC20 / BEP20 / Polygon).
- The wallet address you sent from.
- The approximate time of transfer.
Wrong network
If you sent USDT through a network other than the one selected on the payment page (for example, sent ERC20 USDT to our TRC20 address), the funds are technically unrecoverable. We cannot refund or credit funds that did not arrive on the network we expected. Always verify the network in two places before confirming any transaction:- The network you selected on RuAPI’s payment page.
- The network you select in your wallet or exchange.
